1 /5 Presley Claveloux: Absolutely horrible service from Linda, first and last time I will ever try Ark, was quoted an excellent rate but was unable to pay then and there, Linda said “whenever is fine”. My policy with my previous insurance ended on the 20th and I was going to get insurance with Ark on the same day since I had the funds available. I email Linda saying I’m ready and she calls me and tells me the rate has gone up SIGNIFICANTLY, in the hundreds range…for liability. I’m very frustrated at this point, I of course ask why that is and she says she has no idea but said she would look into it and call me back. Never heard anything back…the next day I email her about what’s going on and she’s telling me I shouldn’t have ended my previous policy with no follow up policy…is that not what I’m contacting you for Linda??
She also stated that my policy was already in lapse status and there’s nothing she can do. So not only did we talk about everything before the 20th but she also confirmed that everything would be smooth. This was not the case, I HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ARK, possibly the most tedious and unnecessarily frustrating insurance company I’ve ever encountered. Like I said first and last time, Linda you need a new career
