1 /5 Kim Roberson: The office staff have no idea what they are doing. I signed up for insurance with them back in October and then the following month I called in to make my payment and to give them my debit card number for direct drafts. December rolls around and I discover the card was never added by staff member so the payment didnt get made. They cancelled my policy and then despite the mistake being THEIR fault they charged me a $10 late fee and around $20 more to reinstate. Their mistake cost me 30 EXTRA DOLLARS?!?!
I was told that I would have a $20 credit for Januarys bill and so I gave them my debit card number AGAIN so they could do monthly drafts. Checked my account the Monday after payment should have drafted and was shocked to see that it never came through. Called Bara and was told the payment was declined on the 11th. I was also told that I did not get a $20 credit on my bill as was promised to me due to their last screw-up. Instead I was only given $10. Called my bank and they said they have NOT rejected any payments.
This is ridiculous! If I would have gotten pulled over, after they cancelled my policy last month, DUE TO ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKES, my car could have been towed and I would have to pay a fine plus surcharges to the state for a couple years. So far in the 3 months I have had my policy, they have messed up my entire account and have cost me extra money. Dont use Bara unless you want to get screwed over.
