1 /5 Dana: Just called this company and the gentleman was of NO help! He acted so un-enthusiastic and not willing to assist in ANY way. I see exactly why they have under 3 stars. I wouldnt waste my time...I see exactly why so many people in Texas are uninsured. Insurance is one of the biggest scams!

1 /5 cole scranton: Trash company. I’ve been on hold three times today over 2+ hours with nothing but Muzak and someone repeatedly saying to go online which online tells me to call customer service. I’ve spent over 6-7 hours on hold TODAY! Garbage company that has no problem taking hundreds of dollar a month but won’t answer my calls. I pay $600-700 a month btw. Also, I brought up coverage they added to my account which stated it would cover mechanical problems on a NEW CAR for 12 months or 12k miles which I’ve been paying without knowing for 3.5 years and brought up only to be told they MAY be able to cancel it but wouldn’t refund any of my money or put the money towards future policy payments. I work in the car business this company is ROBBING EVERYONE BLIND! Now I’ve been on hold for the third time today for 2.52 minutes.
