Mark listened to my situation and dropped everything to get me taken care of right then. I really didnt even think it would be possible, but he made it happen. Very thankful for him and his staff. Although I am not exactly clear on her role/responsibilities ended once I signed the release form, she assisted with my efforts to secure payment from the moving company, which took over six months. Without her help, I would likely still be waiting for payment.
