1 /5 Alex: Horrible company and horrible products! Selling whole life insurance policies is a scam and should not be legal. This company preyed on me as a young Soldier stationed at Ft. HOOD in 2003. Somehow they gain access to the base and barracks and went door to door. Talked me into a whole life policy with an incredible cash value and guarantees rate of return (NOT). Fortunately, I was smart enough to close this horrible product out a long time ago and collect my $5 or whatever the cash value was. Folks, get a term life policy only from a reputable company!

1 /5 Steve Clemenson: I’ll just cancel it with my bank. Have had insurance for 7 months now and no policy, no follow up, no humans on the phone. I sent a request by email and left a message to cancel this over a month ago. Still debited my account. There’s another $100 down the drain.

1 /5 Benita Satterfield: Cant talk with an agent because no one is answering or you wait for long periods of time on the phone listening to music. Cant cancel nor get a refund. Didnt even receive the policy. Unprofessional.

2 /5 angie boshoes: Im not sure what happened, I got a letter stating sorry to hear you want to cancel your policy , I never tried to cancel. I never spoke to anyone until I called about the letter. The whole discussion was confusing, they even played a recording of the person, not me, who called to cancel. I told them it wasnt me. They didnt seem to be concerned about that. Im alarmed and may get insurance elsewhere. Just need to be with a reputable company. This is sooo ridiculous. After reading a lot of reviews, sorry I didnt read them sooner..
