We spoke on the phone about my customized insurance plan and she made sure to make me aware of every possible discount I qualified for. She made an experience that typically isn’t enjoyable, enjoyable. She made me feel comfortable and was extremely funny! I’m really glad I chose state farm and that Rosie was extremely helpful to me throughout this whole process, she even explained thoroughly what each thing added onto my policy will do for me.
