Richard Snow Worst insurance company. Line drops everytime you tell them to cancel the insurance. Rate increased just for changing my address (same driver, same car, moved 3 blocks away). Go figure.

Plus the options to pay 6 months of insurance to an actual human is really comforting and they send you a letter in the mail when its almost time to renew your policy!

Whitney Hampton I havent had a good experience with this group. Policies get cancelled because a lack of follow-thru and errors made. Time management, and due diligence does not seem to be a strong suit for this team.
