She takes time to listen, understand, exercise patience, respond knowledgeably, devotes her work to the customer before her with care and diligence. She actually CARES. Not only does this office have the bright and professional agent; Dora, Jeremy is quite sincere and ensures each call is taken and need met. They transfer and correspond with each other, including communicating with the client, the appropriate details with accuracy and will even continue research for the customer that may have reservations or concerns. Dora and I spoke on more than one occasion before I became a member of State Farm and each conversation was a professional, thorough and enjoyable experience. I was not pleased with the adjustor who was assigned to me and called him and he immediately fixed the problem by sending me Carlos.
