Kataja Epting Unprofessional, Everytime you call the answer and instantly put you on hold then forward to voicemail. Update: after years of using this car insurance, continuous increase in rates, unpaid claims and horrible customer service: I was able to get full coverage from a well known company with many perks for way less money. They did not answer the phone for me to make my payment so I looked online for new coverage. I saved money and got more coverage by exploring my options. Don’t be afraid to switch companies! There is better out there.

Kevin Rodriguez Came in with my father to change my policy and add myself as a new driver and Flabia was great! She gave me a good and reasonable price and was very knowledgeable and was very quick and efficient! The rest of the staff and front desk was very nice and helpful as well! I 10/10 recommend Perdue!
