1 /5 Kataja Epting: Unprofessional, Everytime you call the answer and instantly put you on hold then forward to voicemail. Update: after years of using this car insurance, continuous increase in rates, unpaid claims and horrible customer service: I was able to get full coverage from a well known company with many perks for way less money. They did not answer the phone for me to make my payment so I looked online for new coverage. I saved money and got more coverage by exploring my options. Don’t be afraid to switch companies! There is better out there.

1 /5 non ya: After 8+ years we left them. My rates have increased for the last 4 renewals for no reason. I bought a new car 09/15/23 called them to add it to my policy so I could drive it home and was told I had to bring it to the office and my drivers license to ad the car to the policy. I told them I couldnt drive it across town without insurance and the response I got was that it was there policy. I could understand if I wanted full coverage but I need basic liability to get to there office. I just wont be dealing with them anymore. Total incompetence if you ask me. Not to mention every time I go into the office for policy changes or payment updates they act like youre putting them out. This is the McKinney tx. Office.

1 /5 Adriana King: My partner was hit by someone’s car who had this insurance and even though we had a police report to prove it was their fault they did not want to cover any of our damages and kept saying “they weren’t at fault” how dumb is that? This place will probably have a lawsuit soon for getting sued for lying. Such a horrible cheap insurance company that is greedy and selfish. Definitely a scam there’s plenty of better insurance companies.

I spoken with someone the night before and told them to remove the unknown person from my policy they said ok you can come in the morning and we have it done. I came in the morning and the girl try to trick me into signing it. Than goes on and try and tell me the girl is my roommate. The only people live with me is my kids 1 boy 15 and 1 girl 16. I could have been working. I’m a single parent and don’t have time for this. Please refund me my money or get that unknown person off it. This is so unprofessional. Next step is BBB!

1 /5 Destiny Williams: I pay 179 a month for liability on a truck with a 600$ value. Rates go up all the time for NO reason. I have never even had a ticket, I tried to change my payment date and they want me to come in, I live 40 miles away and it is very difficult to make it in with my busy schedule. Customer service is NO help, any time there is a problem- they direct you to the one in Dallas, who will tell You that they arent sure and that you need to contact the one in McKinney (the phone goes directly to Dallas most of the time) Do not waste your time or your money with this crappy company, nomatter how good a driver you are, your rates go up literally almost every month, and in the policy it says that they have to give you a 30 day notice of price change, they will lie- say they sent a letter and then charge you anyway. Have talked to many people who have had the same experience with the "letter that was sent 3 weeks ago".
