Hells Belle I’ve been with Standard for many years. They’ve always been good to me. They’re honest, upfront & easy to deal with. I’ve been emailing with CSR Natalie Medina about documenting my new roof and getting it on my policy. She’s been great even though the process took longer than it should’ve (on my end, not theirs).

Cheryl Batiste Price is great, but customer service could have been a little better. It was confusing getting the pictures uploaded, and I was told I had to do it again a couple of times. I ended up driving to an office so they could take the photos for me. They apparently didn’t have to use the app. It should be that easy for customers too. Then I found out the person I originally spoke with didn’t get all of the information from me she needed and I had to be re-quoted again.

Ana Diaz Crystal and Armor Insurance have been great to our family. Hedy (the owner) has a great staff there. We have done business here for many years and plan on continuing to use them. Thank you all for your help and service in finding us the best rates out there.

Patrick Teeter Got a envelope in the mail advertising insurance and decided to look into the advert. I was impressed with the cost and coverage I received. Went to their office the following day to finalize payments and receive coverage for my home and 2 vehicles. The ladies in the office, Michaela and Wendi were so helpful and friendly, I also met the boss man Grant. All in the office were so friendly and we all talked story for some time. Got business done and was confident in my recent insurance purchase. Wow, I got a $200 pay raise for going with this company. Thank you all very much.
