Out of many companies we have spoke to, it all fell back on customer service. Kimberly at the Temple Adams office has been wonderful. We both enjoyed speaking with her. She is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great way with her customers. We are going with this company now and it has all to do with her customer service .

Called them to file a claim and help someone out that was literally stranded on the side of the road and the supervisor got upset and hung up the phone IN OUR FACES and now they are stranded in the middle of no where!! I just want them to be okay and it’s hard enough being flustered and frustrated by the accident but for the woman to also be rude and upset and hang up on us that is totally unfair and unacceptable with paying customers.
