Weve stayed with him for the past seven years because hes consistently responsive, kind, remembers things about us, and does a wonderful job helping us understand the sometimes infuriating state of home insurance in the time of climate change and super storms. Right after Hurricane Beryl he immediately sent all of his clients lists of useful numbers to start the process of recovery. His updates and advice help me know that hes got our back.
