From the moment he picked up the phone, he was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process of paying my insurance over the phone, answered all of my questions about my coverage in a way that was easy to understand, and even took the time to explain State Farm’s pet insurance options—which I didn’t even know they offered! Alex made what could have been a stressful call feel smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about providing great service. I should have looked them up prior to closing on the home but like we all know, you’re a lot more focused on all other aspects of home buying that insurance gets overlooked. Any way!
