However, Im currently having an emergency roofing issue, and Ive been trying to get in touch with them for the past 10 days. Ive made multiple calls, but so far, there has been no answer. I am hoping to receive a call today to resolve the issue, and I will update my review accordingly. Its essential to communicate clearly in situations like this, I hope that youre able to reach soon to assistance me before my house floods from rain. I got a call back but my roof I ended up paying for it to fix!

angie boshoes Im not sure what happened, I got a letter stating sorry to hear you want to cancel your policy , I never tried to cancel. I never spoke to anyone until I called about the letter. The whole discussion was confusing, they even played a recording of the person, not me, who called to cancel. I told them it wasnt me. They didnt seem to be concerned about that. Im alarmed and may get insurance elsewhere. Just need to be with a reputable company. This is sooo ridiculous. After reading a lot of reviews, sorry I didnt read them sooner..
