1 /5 Robin Stone: Dont use this brokerage. After three yrs my policy suddenly jumped from $560.00 a yr to $4761.00 with out my knowledge. They failed to inform me. This in turn caused a huge shortage in my escrow acct causing my house payment to increase by $700.00 a month. Upon me contacting them I was told they could find me a better rate. I was like...oh now after Youve completed messed up my escrow acct you can now find me a better rate? No thank you. Be aware this brokerage does not have their customers best interest in mind. Upon this being brought to their managers attention there was zero responsibility taken...the same # I would have given them if it was available.....a big zero..

1 /5 Preston Ward: Atrocious service. I have tried for 5 business days to get ahold of customer service to cancel a policy because I moved. I was on hold for 30 minutes every time, and at the end of 30 minutes it would send me back to the menu options. I tried calling sales to see if they could get me to the right person, and I told the sales rep they had helped me with my car insurance as well, through still water. The sales rep told me I was wrong, because Stillwater does not write auto policies. I HAD MY POLICY UP IN FRONT OF ME, and have had an auto policy through them for months. If you want prompt service beware. They are awful and rude.

However, Im currently having an emergency roofing issue, and Ive been trying to get in touch with them for the past 10 days. Ive made multiple calls, but so far, there has been no answer. I am hoping to receive a call today to resolve the issue, and I will update my review accordingly. Its essential to communicate clearly in situations like this, I hope that youre able to reach soon to assistance me before my house floods from rain. I got a call back but my roof I ended up paying for it to fix!
