We had been experiencing astronomical price hikes with our Agent in Dallas year after year and they were unwilling to help us shop for better options. After spending an hour with Ross on the phone he identified policies for our home, our rental properties and cars that was not only better and the coverage far superior to what we had - he saved us $8K!! Daniel H. 2025 edit: I called yesterday 6/16/2025 the day after Father’s Day to file a claim and nobody answered. I called a few more times throughout the day and no answer. I was wondering while I’m steady working, did Dane let his employees off after Father’s Day? So I called today and learned that he did. That solidified to me that I’m giving the RIGHT people my business! My claim can wait a day, do right by your people! Well done sir! I was a customer of Dane Macklemore when I lived in Paris years ago, after moving to Dallas and dealing with a few other agents, I asked State Farm to move me back to be a customer of Dane Macklemore. I am a car enthusiast, and as a result, I end up communicating a lot with my insurance agent. The agents here, Chris and Tammy, are always a pleasure to deal with and understanding of my exact needs. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone! Thanks guys.
