When times got tough and we really needed their help, they stopped returning phone calls. When we were finally able to pin them down, they gave vague rationalizations for their lack of action in helping us deal with a predatory repair company. All they ended up doing was wring their hands and tell us how helpless they were. Go with the Gecko or Flo or whoever, but scroll right on past this website.
