5 /5 Joel Bishop: Kirill Boulatov is the best insurance agent Ive ever had. Hes taken the time to know my wife and me personally and to understand our needs. He has always been responsive to my emails and phone calls. In 2022, we had a claim for roof damage resulting from a bad storm and the adjuster was prompt and handled our claim very professionally. Im very happy with both Texas Farm Bureau as our insurance company and with Kirill as our agent. I recommend both without any reservation.

5 /5 Fran Pinkard: My father was a customer of Texas Farm Bureau for many decades. He got me to sign up with T.F.B.Ins. I have been a member for many decades, since the early 90s. They have helped me with my cars and home. They have always helped me in my time of need. I trust them very much. My agent is the best. Kirill is the man to see. The staff there is fantastic. Two ladies there have gone above and beyond the standard to meet my needs. Merriam and Joy will treat you like their family. They really care.

I got into a minor self-accident early in the week of Thanksgiving that I expected to be able to pay for the repairs out-of-pocket. On the day after Thanksgiving, I got the service quote back and freaked out by how much it was gonna cost to complete all of the repairs on my car. I called Kirill in a panic and he answered in the midst of holiday season. He provided such a peace about my situation and succinctly talked out with me the different options I had in filing an insurance claim. Kirill is SERIOUSLY the best insurance agent that you could entrust with your insurance needs. He is so prompt to reply and is very detail oriented. He has been such a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to working with him in the future!!

1 /5 Joe Vastano: We paid them more than we’d have paid anyone else for that “down-home” touch they want you to believe they have. When times got tough and we really needed their help, they stopped returning phone calls. When we were finally able to pin them down, they gave vague rationalizations for their lack of action in helping us deal with a predatory repair company. All they ended up doing was wring their hands and tell us how helpless they were. Go with the Gecko or Flo or whoever, but scroll right on past this website. Worst experience I’ve ever had with insurance. Of any kind.
