5 /5 Charles Avila: I switched wind storm coverage carriers a year ago and am so thankful I did. Working with Lauryn Davis has been a real pleasure. My previous agent didnt even know I existed and was happy to simply collect my money. Lauryn has helped me correct mortgage company payment errors twice now. Her attention on these issues makes me feel like an actual customer instead of a transaction. In addition, new quotes I request are turned around super fast which really helps. I would recommend James Acosta and this Farmers to anyone.

3 /5 Carl Winn: Lauryn Davis has been a wonderful help to me. Shes has been great at communicating when payments need to happen on my account. Thank you so much. I have not been happy though with the service recommendation and ensuring your customers know what their purchasing. I lost over $200.00 on a policy that I had previously bounded. This made me very unhappy but I couldnt do anything about it. Therefore, I would suggest educating your clients on the products and services that are purchasing and what their actual needs are. It would have been helpful if the agent would said, Im sorry we sold you the wrong policy and refunded me my money. By the way, this wasnt Lauryn.
