Laura Contreras Fred Loya Insurance is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is a disgrace — rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never encountered such a careless company. When I needed help, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Marquice Hernandez was one of the worst — completely dismissive and condescending No empathy, no accountability, just attitude and excuses. If you want to be ignored, insulted, and left out to dry when it matters most, Fred Loya is the one for you. Otherwise, RUN the other direction.

Lucrezia Morris Lina there at Alpha was amazing she went above and beyond to find me the most suitable ins quote there was out there I really appreciated that because before I called them I was sent through the ringer the outraged quotes and certain companies wanting to put ppl on my policy that dont drive my car it was unbelievable but when I called Alpha my worries were put away Lina took charge and got me the best quote I heard all day I was very thankful for talking to her she is amazing good at what she does and cares about ppls pockets at the same time she wasnt just put for money thanks again Lina

Rosendo Fernandez Well first of all I am so thankful for contacting me whit a quote ofert, I thought I was wasting my time bout she was so nice that I didnt want to be rough with her so I stayed in the phone and short story I got a much, much better deal for my house insurance that I cancel my previous policy. Also my vehicle went from liability to full coverage for almost the same amount. Also sold one of my cars and bought another one and is very easy whit them, my previous car insurance agent was nice but not very reliable. Dont read me wrong, nobody is perfect but my Allstate ageyis very professional.
