Whether its something as simple as paying a bill or having to change cars and coverage while sitting at a dealership, Jason Reeds office will be there to help walk you through any questions you have. This office has helped me through multiple policy questions/changes as well as helped me with roadside assistance after being stuck on the highway with a flat. If you go to any other State Farm office you are doing yourself a disservice!!

5 /5 Ash: I called a little over a week ago to ask a TON of questions with about 5 or 6 different variables (all needing different quotes). I spoke with Emily and she was so happy to assist me. Emily gave me quotes for each variable and explained everything to me. She also answered ALL of my questions. I didn’t even realize we stayed on the phone well past the time for her to leave the office and she never even mentioned that to me. She even went above and beyond to give me some additional information for other things I didn’t even know I was going to need. The thing is I wasn’t even getting a policy that day, just getting quotes, but that didn’t matter - her customer service was on point. Today I called back to speak with Emily and changed my insurance over to State Farm. Her welcoming spirit and the fact that she was very knowledgeable totally won me over. In addition to this being more affordable than my old policy, the way she has spoken to me made me feel like a friend more so than a business transaction. I am looking forward to having State Farm as my insurance and I will be calling back to speak with Ms. Emily to make some of the other changes we talked about. :-)

I have been a client here for nearly ten years and counting, and they have consistently taken care of me every step of the way. The most important thing to me in business is honesty, and Jason & his team exude honesty at every turn. A few years ago when I found a cheaper policy for my exotic vehicles, Jason was honest in telling me to switch. He even took the time to extensively comb through the policy to ensure I was protected, when others would have lied to keep me. Sure enough, I returned to insure my exotics with Jason & the team after two years after I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service at the other company. Most notably, It says a lot about management when the entire team is happy to hear from me & smiling through the phone, even when I call constantly to ask complicated questions about my policy. If you are shopping for a State Farm agent, even if you live in another city nearby, give this branch a call. His team, especially, Summer & Taylor, are class acts in customer service and are the BEST to work with.
