She took her time with me and went through each detail and questions I had, making sure I understood everything on her side that she was selecting for me for my auto quote. I had talked to multiple providers before her, but she was able to give me the best advice and rate so far, and explained everything in a way I could understand, and she never seemed frustrated or annoyed with the multiple clarifications and/or repetitive questions I had.
