Tamara Autenreith-D. This company deserves a zero rating , rude and doesnt answer there calls or messages . Their client hit me and has not returned any of my calls and now Im reaching out to legal representation because of their irresponsibility, doesnt want to give me a rental car and after 2 months finally called me back amd said since I went through my insurance that he couldnt help me ( its been over 2 months) and you just called me! I left messages for him ( claims adjuster ) and his boss! Took screen shots where I was left several times on hold for over hours each time.

Ashley Dominguez Christian is LITERALLY THE BEST!!!! Not only is she soooo accommodating being kind enough to always meet you halfway even if it means getting to her office earlier or staying later just to help her customers out but she is soooooo professional! She treated me and my policy like it was her own, always making sure I was covered and taken care of. Also very great at explaining coverages and giving me answers to all my questions.
