Chad went above and beyond to make sure I stayed, they knocked down my rate to a more affordable rate for my budget, the agents truly care about their customers, if I could give his 10 stars I would, but unfortunately all Google gives me is 5, God bless yall and thanks for being a insurance company that treats their customers like family.

Anna Galvan My daughter was in a fender bender with one of their clients. Its been almost a year and her medical bill has not been resolved. Called several times to speak to the assigned agent but no returned call. This is just bad customer service. I hope they treat their clients better.
