Sonna Gabourel Received a quote 2 weeks ago from an agent that has since quit. I was passed to another agent who was less than helpful. She sighed, groaned and acted put out when I asked for assistance. I ended the call immediately. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business.

Todays insurance rates are certainly going higher and its easy to fall for a cheaper policy and be surprised when you have a claim. The Jones Group is not only there to provide their clients with an affordable quote, but more importantly they provide you with the insurance you need for protection in the event of a unforeseen loss. Too many insurance agencies only want to "sell you a policy" without explaining the real risks associated with protecting your business or property. The Jones Agency is looking to protect you and not just sell a policy. Very refreshing!

Jacqueline was very professional, gave me all the information i needed I still wanted to shop around and she didn’t have an attitude she was very polite! When I called back to finalize things because they had the best quote Jacqueline was busy at the time and I was in a rush so Nick took care of me he was a pleasure to speak with he was very professional but a sense of humor customer service needs more of how day! You guys are absolutely amazing Thank you for taking care of me although I was all over the place lol
