James S Texas Direct Insurance were wonderful to work with, in particular Patricia Ramirez. I needed to switch insurance carriers, needed more coverage, and had to do it fast in order to meet requirements for a new property management company for my rental property. Patricia was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and very efficient. She was always available for my questions and concerns.
