Bart Meador The amount of effort and care that Harley puts in to helping me out, anytime and everytime I need her, is absolutely tremendous. Im an old man, and my wife and I have had MANY insurance companies and representatives in our lifetimes, but we can both honestly say that buying, renewing and/or dealing with insurance companies is not something we typically enjoy doing.....but Harley is a breath of fresh air. From the first time I reached out to her for a quote, and everytime since that I have needed anything, she has gone above and beyond to take care of me. She reminds me of what customer service used to be, which is do all you can, and more, to take care of your customer. mad joe I first met Michael at All American Insurance about 5 years ago when I asked him to help me find an auto policy providing the needed coverage for my vehicles that also might save me money. He got back to me quickly and I was so happy with the results I transferred my home owners policy to him a couple of months later. He now handles all my insurance needs and each time I have asked for help in lower my payments, he has delivered. I recently contacted him (11-2024) when my current auto policy was going to increase by 40% upon renewal.
