1 /5 Misty Bakos: I have dealt with Wales for years and have enjoyed dealing with them, until the past several months. Had to straighten out the mess. Starting with Wales saying my payment is one thing and its not, so I under paid, resulting Ina unpaid balance. Second, I got a late charge because Wales didnt post my payment until 4 days later. Said he drop the charge, but failed to enter it, so Ive had a late charge rolling over all this time. This also caused banking problems. Now I deal straight to the insurance company its self. Disappointed., Let down.
