1 /5 Mike B: Literally the biggest rip off insurance for GA dealers , shop around there are other companies that handle this type of insurance for GA out of state dealers .
I’ve been a PAYING LOYAL customer for 3 years with no issue . Coming into my 4th year I was supposed to RENEW and they informed me that something on my licence was suspended (no biggie it was handled ) so I put my partner on the insurance to keep it active . After it was handled I went to put my name back on the policy and they told me my licence was expired (totally forgot) no issue so I renewed it and finally as I was supposed to put my name back on the insurance they informed me because of a ticket that was issued in 2022 that they are dropping me (no problem ) a shock to me because they have been telling me to do this and that for since I renewed (I put down a 1500 dollar down deposit )
All of this isn’t my problem because I do know how insurance works , but what makes this a 1 star review is the simple face that they will not refund me my deposit I did not receive a years worth of insurance and during the 2 months after the renewal (which I paid each month ) after being told that my refund was coming .21 days later I hear bunch of legal jargon about how they can keep a deposit .
Shop around if you see this , this company isn’t
