She handled ALL the insurance matters, like entering the claim, removing the totaled vehicle and adding my new car. She called me every few day to make sure I was okay and things were moving along. She was a very real support for me through all of it! I will never forget the help and concern I received from Patricia. I highly recommend Carter’s Insurance! They are top-notch!
