1 /5 Me: I went in there and there was one employee on the phone. I waited until she got off the phone and gave her my info and what I wanted. Another gal walks in and heads to the back. The first gal had another call and said she would get back to me with a quote and took my phone number. I never received a call for a quote. This company needs to be more caring and professionally.

She was on the phone with me the entire way through for over an hour, making sure she got me the absolute best possible deal! She was professional and kind the entire time and had all the answers to all my questions. That type of dedication and work ethic can NOT be matched. 1 /5 Jewel Garcia: I called to pay my insurance and the lady on the phone was super rude and had a tone that basically meant she did not want to talk to me. I’m not sure what I did besides say “hello” and “I would like to pay my insurance” but y’all really need to think about who you hire.

You took my money before assuring the company would write my policy called me back trying to get me to pay more money and when I asked for my money back I never heard back. I had to call 2 hours later and then you have the nerve to say I cancelled the policy. Worst service I’ve ever had.

1 /5 terrell williams: Horrible experience with this car insurance company they lie and give you the run around makes you pay out of pocket for rental and say we will reimburse you for what you spent on the rental we been in a rental for a year and a half. They don’t return phone calls the mechanic even been call no response our car been fixed just waiting on them to write the check to the mechanic and for all the money we spent on the rental we are 20k in and still haven’t heard nothing from them this company is trash I don’t recommend to anyone
