1 /5 Kendra Elks: I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. The employees were unprofessional, openly gossiping about other agents, which created a toxic environment. The convenience this place is supposed to offer is overshadowed by the poor treatment and disrespect shown by the staff. To make matters worse, the manager was aware of the situation and did nothing to address it, instead choosing to laugh as the employees carried on. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a positive and respectful experience.
