2 /5 Paige: The ladies that answer the phones at the office are so sweet! And you know they are doing the best they can. Especially when they are working with JEREMY BOWMAN.. who was assigned to be my adjuster after they had already set me up with someone else before him. •he never returned my calls, my sister n law even works at a Texas Farm Bureau and she even emailed him for me and still nothing. Had his personal number and still... never called back or texted back (which another employee told me it would be easier to text him?) Took the shop several days to just get a hold of anyone to get approval to start work.. so while I have a rental and go over the 30 days by FOUR DAYS bc my car was still in the shop I have to pay for those four days??!!!! Are you serious?? It’s not my fault my car sat at the shop for almost a WEEK before insurance got to them. Still going to try and figure this one out... or I’m leaving and going else where for insurance. never in my life and others around have had this much trouble just trying to talk to someone to get some kind of updates and information. Again whoever answers the phones up there is so sweet and nice! Good luck to whoever has to deal with this guy.

1 /5 Sherif Kaissi: ZERO STARS UPDATE: after finally getting hold of someone and trying to figure out policies and numbers I get a you are WASTING MY TIME. I used to be a walking propaganda for TFB and I actually brought them everyone in my immediate circle around me ( about 8 people). Recently there has been a decline in the performance and communication of Texas farm bureau and I’ve been getting charged late fees and cancellation fees and other weird charges that no one can override and I basically can’t recommend it unfortunately. You can’t beat the price they give you but it comes with little headache .I hope they can make things right again.

1 /5 Noah Valenzuela: Anyone who works for Texas Farm Bureau will not answer your calls or texts. I have a claim that was filed back in September of 2020 and it has now been 4 months. I have not received an update on my claim or gotten any of the money owed to me for that claim. I have now filed a complaint with the TDI in hopes of just getting the to take accountability for this so nobody else has to go through this.

1 /5 rasha hirmiz: The WORST company and RUDEST employee ever! They can not do anything but lies and collect money! They do not answer you calls, questions and even they do not help AT ALL! Specially Amy Lucero !! I was talking to her and she was so very RUDE with me! I was asking her why I am getting a bill while I canceled my membership, she said yes, you do not have to pay and she hang up before I finish just because She could not STEAL my money!! Yes, that what she wanted! But it is not her fault, it is the managers fault for keeping her work there. Just saying!!
