They really went above and beyond to keep me sane during tough insurance times.

Ted Novosad Wendel has been my agent for 20+ years I recently had a minor accident on a late Saturday Evening. I left a voicemail at that time, knowing they were closed but wanted to inform them of the accident. So surprised,, his employee Mark called my cell almost immediately, late Saturday Evening… assured me everything was ok… Just wonderful knowing that they are prompt and compassionate, very professional and easy to deal with. My experience was made very easy, nice too have such a wonderful agent and his wonderful employees. Followed up with many calls and emails making sure rental and body shop was handled… I didn’t have to do anything at all They handled everything so professional!!

Abigail Balding Joe Horak and his office are great, I’ve had Farmers for a while now and they’ve always provided top notch customer service and great rates on insurance. I was sent an email by Joe himself regarding my policy and was able to get everything updated and squared away with no issue- all through email! It was very refreshing that I was able to do everything with Joe through email instead of a phone call since I have a loud newborn in the house- it made doing business a lot easier on my part and at my own pace without pressure. Jacolebree Stephens I went into this issue to company looking for insurance, and they not only helped me get exactly what I needed at a decent rate a very affordable rate they also provide home insurance for home owners, and renters. I would definitely recommend this place to others. They make you feel like part of a family and not just a customer, my phone went dead, and they even had a charger on hand that I could borrow to charge my phone so that I could make my payment. Viktoria Ratner Kelly was absolutely the best! She advised both my husband on his Medicare supplement insurance as well as finding me a policy that works for us traveling as I am not able to get Medicare yet.
