1 /5 Ben S: Had a bad experience today. Went to get my insurance changed to remove a car from it and then pay the bill. I only had cash and she didnt have change. Which is fine I said Ill pay online and thanked her for changing my insurance information because I I can not do it online. Well when I went to go pay online later, she did not update my insurance information. I will have to go down there when I have free time to do that AFTER my due date because Im on a tight schedule. I made time to appropriately take care of things before my due date and she did not fulfill her duty on her end causing a major issue in my mode of transportation, seeing that I will not have an insured vehicle til I can get down there. Normally Moises is working and he always takes care of me wonderfully, but I think this new lady had no idea what she was doing...then again the employee was hanging out outside when I got there with her boyfriend in the car so maybe shes just a bad employee. This was at 10:45 ish in the morning on 1/4/2025. Hoping to get corporates information to file a formal complaint.
