Adhikari Bhabishya Terrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. I was rear-ended by their insured, and the claim process was slow and frustrating. I had to call multiple times for the same updates, and they lowballed the repair costs. I would not recommend filing a claim with them—you’re better off getting an attorney. On top of that the Adjuster wouldn’t pick up the call or call back during business hours.

Kourtney Savage Aubrey was AMAZING! She was super helpful throughout the whole process of getting the initial estimate, answering all my questions over time and just working to get the insurance policy setup quick & painlessly. Very pleasant experience all the way around!
