1 /5 Derrick Wash: Bellas Insurance is a shady company that has changed its name several times to cover up their evil dealings with easily persuaded customers. The heavyset Hispanic lady who works at the location on Walnut St. and the Hispanic man that works at the Buckner Blvd. location are wolves in sheeps clothing. They will flat out lie to you. Dont get hoodwinked by their sweet talk.
Bellas Insurance is also in partnership with a shady company that has three different names: Auto AMG, Home State County Mutual Insurance, and Bravo Insurance -- same company. RED FLAG WARNING! Each of these companies have a different address in different states and different phone numbers. Heres where it gets deceptive. The same Hispanic guy whos name is Alex answers the phone for all these different companies. Alex works in the claims department, payment processing department, customer service department, and he is the operator. RED FLAG WARNING!
Do not give these people your information. I switched my insurance once my policy ended and now Im getting bills from these companies out of nowhere. No one will give me an explanation and theyre giving me the run-a-round. Ive had the worst experience ever with this company. I will not recommend Bellas Insurance or their partners to anyone. I wish I had of did my research before hand.
