Goosehead Insurance - Ben Jones - Flower Mound (TX)

1 /5 Travis Raymond: Started off looking good. Then my bank info got screwed up by the agent. Created a nightmare with both insurance companies. I know. Seems like a simple fix but apparently not. Finally did get all that sorted out and then after making a full year home insurance payment, a month later the company starts asking for more money. That’s not what I signed up for. And after paying for home insurance, they claimed I had not paid. Agent was nowhere around apparently to help me with that so I had to be on the phone for about an hour, while trying to work my job, to get that shit worked out. And now I’m still dealing with the company that wants more money and it looks like I’m gonna have to deal with that myself as well. I’ve had to go through insurance claims that were not as much of a pain in the ass as all this. I did save some money, but was it worth it?
