5 /5 Nickole Sarles: State Farm has made everything such a smooth experience. From the recent hail damage to our home and vehicles to our car insurance. Micah has been my go to agent to work with and I have never experienced such a hard working agent. This gal is on top of it. I message her and within minutes she is ready to assist. I mean it’s EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. She would definitely be someone I would follow if she ever went elsewhere. So please don’t ever let her go, because I really like State Farm and I really love Micah and how great she is. I would like to keep both.

5 /5 Crystal Turner: We have had a fantastic experience with Tyler & Micah! They are thoughtful, thorough and so friendly, I swear Im talking to family each time I call or text to ask a question. We changed to LM last year and regretted leaving their team, thus recently returned to SF and so happy and not having to worry about coverage, payments or documentation for the just in cases that life throws at you. Would absolutely recommend to team with them! Well worth the time and money.

I appreciate being able to speak with someone who isnt going to try to sale me anything I dont need. For a first time home buyer the process is already stressful but Katelynn made sure I didnt feel rushed in the process! I appreciate her help as a young woman with very little knowledge in insurance its hard to find someone who will take the time to explain so much information.

I had dealt with several pushy male salesmen from other companies that badgered me so much I had no desire to give them my business, even if their quote was slightly lower. Kudos to this office with woman that know how to be efficient, polite, and also to the point.
