Patrick Teeter Got a envelope in the mail advertising insurance and decided to look into the advert. I was impressed with the cost and coverage I received. Went to their office the following day to finalize payments and receive coverage for my home and 2 vehicles. The ladies in the office, Michaela and Wendi were so helpful and friendly, I also met the boss man Grant. All in the office were so friendly and we all talked story for some time. We’ve had several good experiences where we needed to do those services. They have been great since the beginning when we sought them out to bring new business.

Santos V Villarreal I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all.
