1 /5 Timothy T: I had been a customer for over 9 years. When I bought a new car and chose to cancel my policy with them, my agent Roy failed to submit my request and I was charged $77. So I then contacted their parent company connect insurance and requested cancelation and a refund, but when I received the check it was only for $36.50. The amount of incompetence is unbelievable, thank god I never had to actually make a claim I cant imagine the headache that would have been... Avoid these two companies, any amount you think you may be saving isnt worth it...
