5 /5 Chill Mill: Our agent died at another agency and out of the blue I received a call from Paulo stating that “ Inszone had acquired our account from that agency that closed, not related to Inszone” At first being skeptical I thought it was a scam but I confirmed. I asked Paulo to see if he could get me better rates on home, auto, and umbrella without sacrificing coverages. Well a few day’s passed and Paulo informing me he could save us over $4000 on 2 policies . One on a 6 month period the other policy a year term. Save coverages. 1 /5 andrew wang: Disappointing experience. Waited two weeks without a single quote. Others were able to do it within 2 days... If I kept waiting, it would have delayed closing. Also, if I didnt email, there was no response. And when I emailed, agent made me feel that I am being pushy.

I have been working with Komonh for a few years, he always goes above and beyond at providing me with options, explaining what the options are, and making sure that I dont shortchange myself with insurance. The entire company has phenomenal customer service and always does an amazing job.
