1 /5 Riz N: I have a Travelers policy through this agency that requires updating. Ive now called 3 times and nobody calls me back. Travelers wont help because of the contract they have with Ramey and King which requires the agency to take action. So before you purchase a policy through this agency, I recommend looking elsewhere if you want continued customer service and to prevent future headaches trying to get a hold of them.

1 /5 Dor Shahaf: I never ever wrote a one star review to any business… unfortunately with this agency I had a horrible experience, they renewed my policies without my permission, and didn’t show any intentions to help me cancel it and get my refund… I’ve sent dozens of emails, and got no responses… each and every time there was a different excuse. This is really not professional and caused lots of frustration to our business. I hope someone will see this feedback and improve the customer service experience…. I wish you all the best
