1 /5 Ivete Lopez: Worst service ever, make changes without asking, and then when you asked for help instead of helping they just give you a 1-800 number. I would put 0 stars but is not possible:( Update: 08/22/2023 After a few calls(at least 10 in two days) one more trip to this location. We were able to get 0 help, agents blame it on Progressive and that they couldnt make anything with our first sending everything or main location. I know prices are going up, but for us it was cheaper to change to a new insurance (Allstate) that paying the new high prices on this insurance, after 15 of loyalty with them, they not even try to help. For real stay away from this agency. The person that call us said one thing, the person in the office would say another thing. All this started because they decided to add someone that just got drivers license to the insurance without asking. I called Allstate and Fred Loya and both insurance they said the also run the DMV to check for new drivers licenses but they would never add someone without asking. Progressive add new drivers licenses so be careful.

I have multiple policies with them: homeowners, personal vehicles, commercial vehicle and landlords insurance and they found me the best rates for the best coverage. Anytime I message or call they respond within 24 hours. Please call Desert West for your insurance needs you will NOT be disappointed!!!
