Beth Miller I have been dealing with Valerie for so long I can’t remember when we started. She has helped myself and my family tremendously. Immediate response and such a sweet, kind person I feel like she is a friend! In fact I should probably stop by the office and say hello after talking all of these years! Refreshing to talk to a person and not a telephone and someone from another country! In a world full of stress, I do not stress about our insurance.

Seth Ski Estefani helped me she was nice sweet and she also made me feel real chill and like talking to her. And she did a great job helping me and getting me on the phone with the claims agent who would finish setting my claim up and get my car towed to Franks so it can be fixed. Also the other lady was great to as well. Cant remember her name though. So I am really appreciative for her help and think she did a great job.

R Very knowledgable of the insurance policies they offer! Ray Esparza insurance really took care of me for renters and auto insurance, they pulled quotes many times no issue. I accidentally missed a payment for too long and a policy expired, but it was no harm, no foul for them, they were very professional. I like that when I call the office, I talk to an actual person and not an automated system
