They forgot to send the cancellation policy and I found out only because I called directly the insurance agency (Wellington) after a month because we never received a reimbursment. And forgot to send a new estimate to insure 2 more properties. Its been a month. This never happened before when it was Mr Forbes the one that handeled all the policies.
