Tricia Ricketts I had used the same insurance company for years. When I had to make a claim I discovered I had just a basic policy that didnt cover anything and my agent was like oh well sorry about that. I called RJ and he listened to my concerns. He went right to work letting me know what I needed and what would cover my business the best. He wrote things out so I could understand and explained a lot so I could look over things when I had time. He checked in with me not being pushy just seeing if I had time to look at things and decide. I gave him a day when I could get it taken care of and we got it done with in a few hours. I also had issue with my Auto insurance almost doubling so I had him look at that for me as well. He found things I didnt need and also found me better coverage and a lower price. I like I was treated like a person and not just $$$$$.

Dalamar Hobbs Called on Max at Guardian completely out of the blue, absolutely last minute, mired in drama and controversy...to meet us at a local nursing home and have some critical paperwork notarized. Max arrived within the half hour, hovered in the background, and was the perfect gentleman. He did his work, upset no one, performed perfectly, and melted away like he was never there. The price was more than reasonable, and his service was impeccable. Will certainly use this service again!
