When I had to make a claim I discovered I had just a basic policy that didnt cover anything and my agent was like oh well sorry about that. I called RJ and he listened to my concerns. He went right to work letting me know what I needed and what would cover my business the best. He wrote things out so I could understand and explained a lot so I could look over things when I had time. He checked in with me not being pushy just seeing if I had time to look at things and decide. I gave him a day when I could get it taken care of and we got it done with in a few hours. I also had issue with my Auto insurance almost doubling so I had him look at that for me as well. He found things I didnt need and also found me better coverage and a lower price. I like I was treated like a person and not just $$$$$.
