When I had to make a claim I discovered I had just a basic policy that didnt cover anything and my agent was like oh well sorry about that. I called RJ and he listened to my concerns. He went right to work letting me know what I needed and what would cover my business the best. He wrote things out so I could understand and explained a lot so I could look over things when I had time. He checked in with me not being pushy just seeing if I had time to look at things and decide. I gave him a day when I could get it taken care of and we got it done with in a few hours. I also had issue with my Auto insurance almost doubling so I had him look at that for me as well. He found things I didnt need and also found me better coverage and a lower price. I like I was treated like a person and not just $$$$$.

From our very first conversation, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect insurance policy without any pressure or sales tactics. What really stood out was how responsive and compassionate she was throughout the process. Susan explained everything in plain language, made sure I understood all the options, and even followed up after everything was finalized to make sure I was satisfied. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your insurance needs, I highly recommend Susan. She made the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Five stars all the way!

1 /5 Aubrey Stewart: My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of working with Jacob King regarding a new homeowners policy. He is not a man of his word. Due to an issue processing our payment, we were left with no policy in place and he was unable to have our payment returned. We had to obtain additional funding to cover the cost of another policy while waiting for the return of our initial funds, which has still not occurred. This was an upsetting experience for both my wife and myself as we had worked with Jacob for weeks on the new policy. When we asked Jacob to move ahead with another attempt at obtaining coverage, he washed his hands of the situation and walked away. He is not a man of integrity and youd be better off choosing someone else to work with. So here we sit with no insurance, in the middle of the spring storm season, scrambling to obtain another policy from someone else and we still have not received a refund on Jacobs failed attempt at providing his promised service. Do business with this man at your own risk. If its anything other than a cooker cutter transaction, Jacob will not know how to proceed. * Your response to my review includes an inaccurate timeline of the events in an effort to make yourself look like the victim. We actually found better coverage at a much cheaper price with a reputable company. Sounds like your feelings got hurt and you lost focus on your customers needs at the expense of your business.
