5 /5 Daniel Q: I’ve had a great experience with Thomas Markle Jewelers. I went in several times trying to decide on a Tudor watch and Bing Cooper has always been there patiently helping me decide. I recently pulled the trigger on a Black Bay 41mm with a 5-link bracelet and love it. Thank you Bing, your customer service is exceptional!! Update: I have been in multiple times since my last review and have picked up a new Black Bay 68 with a blue dial and have placed an order for a new tough to get Tudor for my wife. The staff is always amazing and I look forward to working with Thomas Markle Jewelers for many more years.

Hell always go the extra mile to make sure his clients are happy. I purchased a beautiful Rolex Sea-Dweller Two-Tone. Tony sized it perfectly for me and went over all of the details of my new beautiful watch. I couldnt be happier. My wife and I will definitely be back to purchase some jewelry and watches from Tony. If you havent visited their new store, go check it out. They have a beautiful bar cafe now, so its nice to grab a cappuccino from Trevor and shop. The second we started talking about the Rolex I wanted, she just made my day better with how excited she was. Yesterday she said the watch was here, and today I drove four hours to get it. Shai had everything ready, and the whole thing was easy and fun. She made it feel special, you know? Like I was hanging out with a friend, not just buying something.
