When my husband proposed, he could not stop talking about how helpful Marissa was in the process of shopping for my engagement ring. He had gone to multiple other places and said no other place compared. Once I met her, I completely understood! She helped us find our wedding bands, and made the entire thing so enjoyable and easy. Britney treated it like a mission. She answered texts fast, sent clear photos/videos, helped with the financing, and kept me updated without any pressure—just straight answers and great taste. The ring itself… unreal. I had the option to choose a center with six paired matched G/VS side ovals. The sparkle and finger coverage are next level, and the craftsmanship is obvious the second you see it in person. Update: I proposed to my now‑fiancée at the Colosseum in Rome. Walking through Rome and Florence, I lost count of how many times people’s eyes went to the ring and then to her. She’s something special, so that felt exactly right. Even our tour guide told us she couldn’t stop looking at it. San Antonio folks: skip the mall cases and go to Shetler. Ask for Britney. The generic, rushed experiences from several other stores prior to Shetler left me frustrated. But shout out to Britney and the entire team at Shetler - including the jeweler who completed my ring in time for my ideal proposal date - who provided the exact experience I had envisioned when making such an important purchase. Britney was supportive and patient while I considered and re-considered my decision. Ultimately, I felt confident with the ring I finally took home after such individualized attention. Most importantly, I still catch my fiancee gazing with marvel at her diamond or showing off her "perfect" ring to family and friends. 10/10 would recommend Britney and Shetler again
