2 /5 Ronnie Rhodes: My truck was hit by one of their customers. They were supposed to send someone out September 3rd to Hadaway Collision to look at the damage. It has now been 2 weeks, and still no adjuster has looked at my truck. These people are too slow, if you want prompt service, you really need to look elsewhere. I have Farmers, they have always been promt and courteous. The Progressive people havent been rude, they just dont call back. You may think you are saving money, I guess the trade off for lower premiums is lower service.
